Kari attended the University of Calgary, earning a bachelor of science in biological sciences and a bachelor of arts in English literature. With 16-plus years of experience as a writer and editor, Kari has explored many areas of the agriculture industry in her current role as managing editor of Issues Ink, with considerable focus on the seed industry over the past four years. She is currently the editor of Seed World and Germination. Kari brings her journalistic and editorial skills, her eye for detail and a passion for agriculture to her roles at Issues Ink.

Passionate about agriculture, Lindsay's attention to detail, creativity and commitment to finding solution-driven options for clients creates a platform for success. Lindsay attended the University of Manitoba where she received her bachelor of science in agribusiness. Upon completing her degree, Lindsay entered the agribusiness sector where she gained invaluable experience in the areas of customer service, agronomy, and sales and marketing. Andrea brings more than a dozen years of accounting experience, as well as a solid background in print distribution and agriculture, to Issues Ink. While pursuing her accounting certificate through Winnipeg's Red River College, Andrea worked in the print distribution industry. After graduating, she worked as an office manager and later gained additional accounting experience working within the agriculture industry. In addition to her expertise in accounting, print distribution and agriculture, Andrea has a strong commitment to customer service and hard work that helps Issues Ink deliver the best products and services to its clients.

With a bachelor of agribusiness degree from the University of Manitoba, Jennifer has a strong passion for agriculture and a background that includes working for an advertising agency dealing with major agribusinesses. Her experience working closely with farmers while employed by a major chartered bank has made her an ideal choice to assist Issues Ink clients with their marketing efforts aimed at the farming community. Aimee graduated with an honours bachelor of arts degree in English from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Ont. She has experience in the retail industry and, most recently, has worked with Monsanto Canada for the past two years. She attended the University of Winnipeg where she studied psychology and English literature, which fuelled her ongoing passion for the written word. Mark is a veteran journalist with more than two decades of experience as a news reporter, writer, editor and producer for a wide range of media, including print, television and the Internet. Mark‹whose television projects include a CBC documentary which won a Gemini award for sports journalism‹graduated with a journalism diploma from Vancouver Community College and later earned an honours bachelor of arts degree from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, B.C. Currently the editor of Spud Smart magazine, Mark is passionate about writing and editing, and was a regular contributor to a national agricultural magazine prior to joining Issues Ink.

Brad is a talented, cross-platform communications and marketing practitioner, with a proven track record of creative problem solving, message formulation, strategy implementation and project management. After graduating with an honours bachelor of arts degree from the University of Winnipeg, Brad worked in broadcast media for more than a decade, including a stint as news director at an agriculturally-oriented radio station in rural Manitoba. Brad has written, voiced and produced radio spots and long-form programs, written and co-directed television commercials, built advertising campaigns and websites and edited book projects. He has also provided development guidance and design services for a diverse collection of clients, both in the private sector and for not-for-profits.

Cam brings more than 24 years of print industry experience to Issues Ink. He graduated from Kildonan East Collegiate in Winnipeg, earning the prestigious Sears-Alworth award for printing excellence in 1989, before graduating from Winnipeg's Red River College with a major in creative communications. A master pressman in the offset and letterpress printing trade, Cam has kept pace with the rapidly-evolving print industry, aggressively expanding his knowledge base to include digital print and design. Complementing this solid print background are Cam's creative insight and strong attention to detail, invaluable assets when assisting clients with their design and printing needs.

Wade's graphic design credentials include a bachelor of science degree in design technology from Minnesota's Bemidji State University, with an emphasis on computer imaging and graphic design.
